Joshua Aaron Bradley Moore

Joshua Aaron Bradley Moore is the son of Rev. David and Melinda Moore, and is the second son of four. Joshua is a graduate of East Carolina University, Major Biology. He received Academic Achievement Awards during his studies at ECU, and was a Dean's List Student. Joshua was actively involved in band in all facets of his high school career, including marching band, concert band and honors band. During his career in college could not commit to marching band; however remained in some band classes. He does volunteer services at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Joshua is aspiring to be a Pediatrician. He is a member of the Junior Musicians and serves as director of Music at Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church (plays saxophone second and fourth Sundays) and is the musician for the Chancel Choir, which performs every first Sunday.

Direct quote from Josh, "My future goal of being a pediatrician is brought about by my love for children. As is always talked about, children are the future; however we must protect our children and educate them. The face of a child is so innocent, especially when you give them a band-aid to cover a scrap. Although I do not need medical school to put on a band-aid (I have a cabinet full), I do think that I would be a great asset to the medical community because of my drive. I am not driven to make money or to be famous through medicine, however I am driven to influence the medical community and make a difference in mine."
