The Meaning of the A.M.E. Zion Church Logo
The triangle represents the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, which is called Holy Trinity.
The "V" represents the victory and leadership of James Varick.
The Latin cross represents Christianity.
The "A" represents the African background.
The "M" represents Methodist for Christ who they love.
The "E" means that whoever goes to the church will be overseen by Bishops.
The "Z" represents Zion.
